Depending on size, location, number and age of the patient, we treat warts using topical medications and resins, oral medications, liquid nitrogen freezing and/or laser ablation.

However, irrespective of the treatment modality used, warts can recur and may need 3 or 4 rounds of treatment before complete elimination. If the wart has not recurred in 3 months, that is considered reasonable (though not definite) evidence of cure.
